Jaswinder Kaur Gill is a freelance writer based in London. She writes primarily on travel but is open to possibilities. Since moving to London to pursue an MA in journalism, she has written for the Ecologist and Londonfile.org and has contributed to the inflight magazines of Easyjet, BMI and BMI Baby airlines.

Her portfolio includes contributions to the TODAY newspaper and the Straits Times in Singapore. Her articles have been published in the inflight magazines of Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Jet Airways and Silk Air.

Apart from writing on travel, Jaswinder worked on three book projects: writing and updating travel guides to Singapore. Her very first book was actually an educational guide on physical geography, a natural progression for this former geography student and teacher. In her spare time, Jaswinder enjoys exploring her adopted city of London, in particular the borough of Islington where she currently resides, within earshot of Highbury (Emirates stadium), Arsenal's home ground.
