Jaswinder Kaur Gill is a freelance writer based in London. She writes on travel, culture and education. A heritage enthusiast, she enjoys exploring the ‘old quarter’ of cities and towns.

Her articles have been published in the TODAY newspaper and the Straits Times in Singapore. And she has written for the inflight magazines of Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Jet Airways and Silk Air. Her book projects have included writing and updating travel guides to Singapore and authoring a book on physical geography.
